WHAT IS EXECUTIVE SEARCH PLACEMENT
We work with organizations on three different Executive Search Model tiers:
Tier 1 Retained Search – As the name indicates, this search model involves an initial retainer fee for service. We partner with you to act as true representatives of your company advising and thoroughly qualifying and reviewing potential candidates for specific leadership positions within your company. This model is typically used for leadership roles, or roles that are so uncommon where the talent pool is so shallow that a search would require extensive effort, time, and resources beyond that of a typical contingent search. and thoroughly identifying, qualifying and reviewing potential candidates for specific leadership positions. In the retained search model, your organization makes the investment upfront which allows us to put more resources into the search. This is called a tier 1 search.

Tier 2 Exclusive Search – This simply means that your organization agrees to work with our firm on a specific search for a specified period of time, and our firm only. One of the many benefits you’ll receive in allowing us to conduct this type of search for you is increased attention from our firm as we place this into a higher priority against our many other pre-existing category searches. Having too many firms involved can create quite a bit of confusion during the search. If it is a highly technical position and if you are in one metropolitan, then candidates may get multiple calls about the same position, creating confusion and distrust, which can be destructive to your brand. All of this can make the position more difficult to fill. Having exclusivity on the search and that level of commitment from your organization makes our efforts produce better results for your team. This is called a tier 2 search.
Tier 3 Contingent searches – These models are best used for entry level type of roles. There is no expectation or investment from your organization or the recruiter in this type of search. Since there is no expectation or investment between organization and recruiter, it can make this type of search much tougher to engage for any role above an entry level position. This type of search is only recommended for entry level positions and skill sets that are typically found in most work places. This is a tier 3 search.
